Why is implementation billed separately?
Setup, data migration, and on-site training are real one-off costs. Billing them separately keeps the monthly subscription honest and lets larger networks amortise them across branches.
Do we get a better rate as we add branches?
Yes — the per-branch rate steps down at 6 branches and again at 16. A 20-branch network pays a materially lower unit price than a 3-branch operator.
How long does implementation take?
Starter: same day. Growth: 3–5 business days including on-site training. Enterprise: 3–6 weeks depending on integrations.
Is our data safe?
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Daily backups on Growth/Enterprise. Data residency options on Enterprise. Role-based access on every plan.
Does it work offline?
The attendant and supervisor surfaces cache locally and sync when connectivity returns. Owner/finance dashboards require connection.
Are your reports EPRA-compatible?
Growth and Enterprise include sales, dip and reconciliation report templates laid out to be compatible with EPRA's reporting formats. Compatible is not certified: StationIQ does not claim EPRA approval or compliance, and you remain responsible for what you submit.
Can we cancel?
